Privacy policy for RelaunchDesk

What this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and how you make us delete it.

Who is responsible

The data controller is MLJ, SASU, publisher of RelaunchDesk, registered at 934 769 837 R.C.S. Paris. The publication director, Jimenez Julien, handles privacy requests personally at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com. This policy covers the marketing website at relaunchdeskapp.com. Coaching client records held inside the RelaunchDesk application are governed by the data processing agreement signed with each practice, in which the practice is the controller and MLJ, SASU is the processor.

What the contact form collects

The contact form on the home page collects exactly these fields: name (your full name), email (your work email address), company (your practice name), role (your job title, chosen from a list), request (whether you want a demo, early access or a quote), size (the number of active relaunch clients you carry), message (your free text answer about where clients stall) and consent (your explicit agreement to be contacted). A hidden bot-field is used to reject automated spam and is discarded. Two hidden values, subject and recipient, route the message to the publisher. No other data is captured from the form.

Netlify, our hosting provider, also records standard technical information when a page is served, including the IP address making the request, the browser user agent and the time of the request. These server logs are used for security and for measuring load. They are not combined with form submissions to build a profile of you.

Legal basis

We process your form submission on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent checkbox before sending. Where you are an existing customer, we also rely on performance of our contract with you and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com, which stops any further contact and triggers deletion of the submission.

How long submissions are kept

Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted twenty four months after the last exchange. Enquiries that become customers are retained for the life of the account and for three years afterwards, because commercial records must be available in the event of a dispute. Netlify server logs are retained for thirty days. Accounting records that French law requires us to keep are held for ten years and contain billing details only.

Who processes the data

Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms, operated by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. A notification copy is sent to the publisher by email. We use no advertising trackers, no third party analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no cross site profiling anywhere on this website. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by United States state privacy laws.

Cookies

This marketing website sets no cookies of its own. Google Fonts is used to load the two typefaces, which means a request is made to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when a page loads. If you prefer to avoid that request, most browsers allow you to block remote fonts, and the site stays fully readable in its fallback typefaces.

International transfers

MLJ, SASU is established in France and Netlify is established in the United States, so personal data submitted through this site is transferred to and stored in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses concluded with our processor, together with technical measures including encryption in transit and at rest. You may request a copy of the transfer safeguards by email.

Your rights in the United States

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to correct inaccurate information, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising, so an opt out results in no change to how we treat your data. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to act on their behalf and are protected from any discrimination for exercising these rights. We respond to verifiable requests within forty five days and will tell you if we need a single extension.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability, plus the right to withdraw consent at any time. Exercise any of these rights by writing to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com with enough detail for us to find your record. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, which in France is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes.

Security

Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Application data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to production systems is restricted to the publisher and protected by multi factor authentication, and security patches are applied within forty eight hours of release. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your personal data and creates a risk to your rights, we notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

Children's privacy

RelaunchDesk is a business tool sold to professional coaching practices. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page and, for material changes, we email customers with an active subscription. The version in force is always the one published here. This version was last updated on September 4, 2026.
