Free calculators for career relaunch coaches

Two small tools that answer the two questions relaunch coaches get wrong most often: what a program actually costs to deliver, and how long a first interview really takes.

Pricing a relaunch package by what feels fair is how coaches end up earning forty dollars an hour on a program they described as premium. The first calculator works the other direction, starting from session count, prep time and the hourly rate you want, and landing on a package price and the effective hourly rate it produces. Change the session length and watch the floor move.

The second one is about expectation setting. When a client asks how long this will take, the honest answer depends on her reply rate, her conversion from reply to first interview, and how many applications she sends in a week. Put real numbers in and you get a week count you can say out loud in an intake session, plus the weekly hours it will cost her. Both tools run entirely in your browser and nothing you type is stored.

Why the relaunch calculators are open to anyone, with no sign up

Every coach running return to work programs already does this arithmetic, usually on the back of an intake form. You count twelve sessions, a resume rebuild and two mock interviews, pick a package price that sounds substantial, and never divide it by the hours the program actually took. Or a client with an eleven year break asks in week one how long this will take, and you answer from memory of the last woman who landed something, which is a sample of one. Both sums are small enough to do by hand and important enough that nobody should have to trade an email address to get them right.

So there is no account, no sign up and nothing stored. Both tools run in your browser and vanish when the tab closes, which also means you can open one live in an intake session and let a returning client watch her own reply rate turn into a week count in front of her. Used that way they are worth something entirely on their own: a package price you can defend line by line when a client questions it, and a target list runway you can point at when forty companies turn out to be twenty five job titles. Nothing on either page assumes you use our software or ever will.

When the arithmetic tells you something you did not want to hear

If the pricing tool just showed you that your flagship relaunch package pays less per hour than an ad hoc session, or the planner pushed a first interview past the end of your eight week program, the useful question is what to change. That is what a demo is for. We will show you where delivery hours, weekly outreach counts and interview debriefs get logged, so next quarter you are reading your own numbers instead of estimating them again.
